Willow Therapeutic, PLLC uses the Meta Pixel and other digital tools to track the effectiveness of our advertising. By using this site, you acknowledge that we collect Consumer Health Data (such as your interest in mental health services).
Third-Party Sharing
We share this data with Meta (Facebook) for marketing purposes. This information is limited to your digital behavior and IP address; it is never linked to your clinical records, session notes, or protected health information (PHI).
Your Rights
You can opt out of tracking via your browser settings or Meta’s ad preferences. We do not sell your health data for monetary value.

Your Rights
You have the right to request your records, and in accordance with 2026 federal guidelines, we will fulfill record requests within 15 days. You may also request a restriction on how your info is shared.

Clinically Recognized Care
Telehealth is considered a clinically appropriate and legally recognized form of mental health treatment in WA, IL, and CO.
The Location Rule
If you see Shelly: You must be physically located in Washington, Illinois, or Colorado at the time of your session.
If you see Emerson: You must be physically located in Illinois at the time of your session.
Safety Protocols
At the start of every telehealth session, your therapist will verify your exact physical address and your emergency contact information. If a technical failure occurs, your therapist will attempt to contact you via your agreed upon backup method.

Colorado Clients

Illinois Clients
Mental health records are protected under the Illinois Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act, which may provide greater privacy protections than HIPAA in certain circumstances. Washington Clients

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of therapy, but there are legal exceptions where we must disclose information without your consent:
Safety: If there is a serious threat of harm to yourself or others.
Abuse: Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult.
Legal: Valid court orders or subpoenas.
Minors (IL): In Illinois, parents/guardians may have specific rights to access records for minors aged 12–18 under HB 2994, unless the therapist determines it would be harmful.
